The birth of Piloxing
Piloxing was created by Viveca Jensen, a renowned Swedish dancer and celebrity trainer. Viveca felt there was a gap in the fitness market for a workout that truly allowed women to feel physically and mentally empowered through fitness. The founding principle of Piloxing is that to be feminine is to be powerful, and the workouts have been designed with the intention of embodying women with a positive self image that is at once sleek, sexy and confident.
